Farah Ehsan is a certified Yoga Teacher 200hr RYT, and Functional Range Conditioning® Mobility Specialist. She’s an advocate of yoga and functional movement for real modern life.
Rather than thinking about what a pose looks like, she believes that each person should find their own yoga for their own body. Her style of teaching is energetic, athletic, challenging and fun, mixing modern movement and ancient yoga techniques.
Farah will help you find a state of flow in your yoga practice - a strong moving meditation.
With regular practice, Farah experienced a new level of wellbeing and connection with her mind and body.
She has been practicing yoga for 8 years, and completed her 200hr teacher training with Mathieu Boldron and registered with US Yoga Alliance.
Farah has been featured twice on BBC News for her efforts of organizing online yoga classes during the pandemic, and for advocating for the UN International Day of Sport for Peace and Development.
