Hello! I'm Jacqui, a yoga teacher from NZ currently living in Munich, Germany.
I am a former ballet dancer, but after moving on from that career, I spent some years working behind a desk in the corporate world before I found yoga. Yoga helped me to have a moment of calm in my busy day, and allowed me to let everything from the outside world fade away while I was on my mat.
Through a regular yoga practice, I continued to see an improvement in my entire physical and mental wellbeing. And this is what ultimately led me to become a yoga teacher. I want to share all the same positive impacts of mind, body and soul that I had experienced to as many people as possible.
