I started yoga after visiting a class in New York on a work trip. It has slowly become more and more part of my life. I find it can help with relaxation, focus and overall wellbeing.
My main aim as a yoga teacher is to help all levels of yogis feel comfortable in their own practice and support them in developing whether they are a beginner or more advanced. Students will learn through a combination of dynamic vinyasa and alignment. I want to share the incredible benefits of yoga and to bring more mindfulness and awareness to everyone.
I teach Vinyasa and Hatha Flows. I am qualified to teach Prenatal / Postnatal and Kids.
