Hey guys! my name is Karen, currently living in Dubai since 2014 (time flies!). I did my studies in business and management in Beirut and Art and Design in Paris. I worked around 4 years in corporate and then left to live a life with passion and purpose. It all started when I discovered yoga in 2015 in Dubai. I literally fell in love! With time, my love grew and expanded to fitness, health, wellness and calisthenics. I believe the body is meant to be moved in different aspects and is meant to be strong, mobile and healthy so I love to combine many disciplines together (yoga + weight training + calisthenics). That's how I train! I am now a certified health coach, an athlete, a 500 hr certified yoga teacher and a personal trainer. My passion is to CONTRIBUTE. To impact people's lives positively through my coaching wether it's physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.
