Lucie Seifertova is a certified Pilates instructor who comes from Czech Republic. As a former dancer she had problems with her knees, back and still nowadays suffers from lumbar spine scoliosis. Via her friend she found Pilates and fell in love with it immediately. As she said: „It was the best thing that could have happened to me, besides marrying my husband.“ In 2013, after 3 years of Pilates practice, Lucie decided to become a Pilates teacher and since she passed many courses, like Pilates Reformer Instructor, Flowin® Pilates, etc. She is crazy about Pilates because of many reasons. Firstly, it helps her with core strength, better balance and posture. Secondly, Pilates means for her a mean of getting to know many new people with same passion. Thirdly, there exist types of excercises to work on and push her limits forward. Finally, she enjoys a pure pleasure she gets from her clients' feedbacks. While teaching she is fond of some Pilates props, i.e. foamrollers, bands, toning balls, mini balls, etc.. She draws her inspiration from Instagram as well as posting some short videos on her own profile. According to her, Pilates is the best type of excercise if you want to have a strong and nice „Pilates body“.
