Welcome! My name is Samantha Adolf and I am very excited to begin this journey of health and fitness with you! My yoga journey started ten years ago, at the time I needed something to help me deal with my stress. Then, after having my second child, I developed health complications that stopped me from participating in high cardio workouts. Yoga become a safe way for me to lose my pregnancy weight. Through yoga I was able to lose 75lbs and I toned muscles I never even knew I had!  My personal practice of Yoga has developed into a love for helping and teaching others. When a loved one had a life threatening accident, I was able to use my knowledge to help her heal and gain her mobility back. That brought me so much joy I decided to become certified to continue my new found passion in teaching and helping others. And what a journey it has been! Time sure does fly! It has been almost 7 years since I started my journey as a Certified Yoga Instructor. I have had the privilege to teach and help so many beautiful people over the years.
