Sara is a cycle aware, trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher. She discovered her love for yoga in 2014 in her first ever class, that's when she was called to share the practice. She now lives to empower women through yoga! Sara teaches prenatal and postpartum classes, yoga to help balance hormones in all stages of a woman’s life and runs several workshops, one to one classes and group classes on the topics of pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic health, and hormone balancing. In her melting pot of a practice Sara also teaches yin, vinyasa, gentle, restorative yoga. She specializes in prenatal and postpartum yoga, guiding women as they transition through pregnancy, birth and motherhood! As a teacher and facilitator, her hope is to hold space for people in a way that will bring them back to themselves and connect them with their inner wisdom and intuitive power.
