Valentina is originally from the South of Austria and currently lives in Barcelona, where she is following her dreams and is dipping into new adventures. That being said, her biggest adventure will start in June 2018, when she is due to have a Baby. Valentina entered the Yoga world in her mid-twenties when her body and mind were imbalanced and disconnected. Triggered by this challenging situation, she was suggested to practice yoga as a complement to her ayurvedic therapy. Yoga came into her life at a time when she needed the most, it gave her something that physically helped her to shape her body and at the same time to reshape her mind and attitude. She felt the positive effects almost immediately, creating an addiction that is growing stronger the more she discovers about yoga and its philosophy. Valentina completed her 200h Teachers' Training in 2011, at the Sivananda Yoga Center in Austria and over the last 8 years, she has developed and deepened her knowledge of the different styles of yoga, by practicing and attending several courses and clinics led by experts like Meghan Currie, Talia Sutra, Janet Stone, Cameron Shayne, Daniel Scott, Michael Hamilton, Tiago Rocha and many more. Her Yoga classes are created to develop a better understanding about oneself and to align mind and body. Valentina truly believes that yoga is not just happening on your mat but in your daily life. Yoga is not only about the physical practice, it is also a powerful tool to practice self-love, acceptance, consciousness and courage, helping you to strive for a higher version of yourself.
