Yoga Journey

In this program you’ll touch upon different aspects of yoga and get to know your body on a deeper level. Starting by awakening all the your muscles and then changing the way you use some of your body members. You’ll learn how to efficiently release tensions in neck & shoulders and discover the real work aka the “process” of getting the posture right vs. the posture itself - which is the true challenge in yoga.
