Move With Love

Amina’s Move With Love Program will give you the ability to touch upon many aspects of yoga. You will find an awakening class as well as a postpartum one that you can also do as a “getting back into yoga” type of class. In her Align class you will practice splits and some active conditioning techniques to strengthen your legs and find balance. Lastly, you will go into advanced backbends, strengthening the spine and finish by inversions.
