Journey to flexibility is a program designed to help you increase you body’s overall range of motion and feel more spacious. We will work on active and passive flexibility and build strength in muscles and around joints. The program comes in six 20-30 min classes each focused on a different body area. You can do the classes separately or combine them as you wish.
Note: Backbends 1 & 2 should be practiced with “Post Backbending”
