Power Hour for Arm Balance Lovers

Are you someone that can’t wait to get into crow pose or float into Ekapadakhundinyasana during the flow? Have you ever felt disappointed when you go to an all levels vinyasa class and the peak pose is Lizard Pose and you didn’t even get to do Flying Lizard. It’s ok to feel that way. We feel how we feel and we don’t need to suppress the feeling. When your body craves more than just a feel good flow, I designed a program for you. Each 1 hour class is inspired by arm balance poses. You’ll get to warm up your body leading to each peak pose where you’ll be able to float and fly through an hour of fun sequences. For those who don’t feel ready for this but are curious what the class will be like. It’s ok to just do what you can, watch what doesn’t work out just yet, modify to suit your needs. Think about this class as if you are a yogi playing in a yoga playground. Yoga should bring you joy.
