Amongst a range of other benefits, these videos will help you build full body strength and an unshakeable inner resilience to prepare you for an active birth, you’ll create space in your hips, spine and upper body, you’ll practice using your deep core muscles intelligently to aid your recovery in the fourth trimester, you'll discover the power of the breath in guiding you through labour and learn practices and poses that will offer you relief from common pregnancy aches and pains. These prenatal yoga classes are SO much more than just “yoga poses that have been adjusted for pregnant and bodies.” They are designed to support you body, mind and heart throughout your pregnancy, to prepare you for physically and mentally for birth and put you in the best place possible for post-natal healing
