This ballet inspired program will make you super strong with a touch of elegance and grace. Grace to me is the perfect balance between strength and mobility and this program of 10 classes does just that. The program is designed to give you whole body strength in under an hour. You will stand and feel taller and have a good sense of how to move the body well and avoid injuries. Anyone can do this program, no ballet experience needed. You will just feel like a ballerina!
