Discover Your Practice Beginner Program

Dive into your practice with Discover Your Practice: Beginner program. During this program you will alternate between 7 different classes by following a special 60 days schedule that I created for you. Prepare to challenge yourself and elevate your awareness while improving strength, endurance and flexibility. You can choose to also do these classes separately without following the schedule, but I wanted it to be 60 days in order to ease you in moving your body daily, get you to connect with your breaths with flows that you will become familiar to and connect with your creativity.
