I am a London based Yoga and Pilates teacher who teaches classes, retreats and workshops within the UK, Europe and Internationally. I have a strong focus on building active range of motion within our flexibility, so that we can be open while maintaining strength and stability within our bodies. Movement has always been an integral part of my life - from sports to dance to martial arts. But it was only when I stumbled into my yoga practice, after a period of stress and over work, that I felt myself move towards a path of not just physical well being, but mental. My daily practice has allowed me to find balance in my body and mind; on and off my mat. It is a practice which I owe my life, career and happiness to as it leads me on this journey of self discovery. My own journey is one which I'm still learning so much from and it fuels my passion as a teacher daily, to share the benefits that yoga can bring you today!
