Amy gained notoriety for getting Selena Gomez into shape for her Revival Tour. Other clients include Kristin Bell, Felicity Jones, Troian Bellisario, Casey Wilson, June Diane Raphael, Taylor Schilling, Emma Roberts, Hannah Simone, Katie Lowes, Olivia Holt, and Aya Cash. She believes to achieve one's optimal level of health the body, the mind and soul must work together. This foundation of consciousness combined with a healthy lifestyle and diet is the recipe for self love acceptance which breed happiness and abundance. For 12 years Amy studied and competed in dance. Amy then received a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she continued dance training with Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates incorporations. Amy has completed a rigorous Yoga and Pilates training and specializes in Ashtanga Yoga and balletic-pilates that lengthen and strengthen. Amy spent years training in high impact aerobics, kick boxing, circuit training, and dance cardio. This multitude of step training culminated in developing her ever popular jump class (at Ballet Bodies in West Hollywood) which brought together dance moves on the trampoline mixed with arm dancing, followed by a super sculpting mat workout. By blending these myriad techniques, Amy created a program of intense cardio mixed with Yoga + Pilates aimed at forming a long, lean, and strong physique. With her ability of connection, Amy has began focusing on her private clients helping them achieve miraculous results. Amy is currently getting her certification with Nutritious Life. She is a health food junkie and avid chef and has created both meal plans and delicious food for many of clients (including Selena before during and after her Revival tour).
