Hi everyone, My name is Ana Silvestre. I am a free being and in love with the world. ∼ In 2019, I quit my job, sold everything I had, and bought a one-way plane ticket to Asia, where I stayed for 8 months. It was a solo trip, but I was never really alone. I made good friends, grew and learned a lot. It was during the trip, motivated by a Buddhist nun, that I decided to do my YTTC - 200h (yoga instructor course), at The Yoga Institute, in Mumbai, India. My goal was never to teach classes, but the reality is that one of the many things I love to do these days is to teach yoga classes.
