The first meeting with yoga formally - in 2015. And informally? Informally, my whole life was guiding me to yoga. From the age of six and the first hour of gymnastics, from the age of 11 and the first hour of ballet to a yoga course in Barcelona - YTT 200hr (Yoga Alliance), where I officially became a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200hr). The international experience in Barcelona, meeting yoga instructors from all over the world and close cooperation and yoga path with each of them is something that marked my life and gave my yoga path additional magic.
Yoga is my philosophy of life, which fulfills every moment in my life and every life decision I make. For me yoga is far more than just practicing yoga asanas. I would say- yoga- just one word, but for me countless emotions. What did yoga give me in particular? Balance. The balance of strength and peace in the body, mind and spirit. Then acceptance. Yoga helped me get to know myself. Yoga showed me who I really am and who I want to be, it taught me to accept myself completely. Flexibility. I do not mean only the flexibility of the body that developed through yoga asanas, but also the flexibility of the mind - the will and desire to hear another person and accept other people's opinion, to accept both beautiful things and less beautiful ones. Working with clients and helping people grow emotionally, mentally and physically is both a challenge and a motivation for me.
Not to be forgotten my passion toward coaching and coaching techniques that I use as certified coach and that I combine with yoga ones on coaching sessions. The field of coaching and yoga for me are two inseparable parts that have given me the opportunity to do what I love and to develop and grow throughout my life.
