Hi! My name is Jessica Millar. Most know me as @Mommy.Yoga. In 2013, I completed my 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) training for Yoga Alliance. I received my training in Hatha, Anusara inspired yoga ​through Lifted Life Yoga in Alpine, Utah. ​​I love helping women find peace and strength through yoga. I love being able to help mothers on their journey through motherhood; no matter where they are in that journey. I also love teaching 'mommy and me yoga' to help strengthen the bond between mother and baby, as well as kid's yoga because I believe that developing healthy habits early on is so important! Yoga helps me to live more in the moment. It helps me be the mom, wife, sister, daughter, etc. I need to become. Yoga creates a constant mind and body connection to the world around me. It helps me soak up the moments I have with my kids and family that, with time, will soon fade away. Having a healthy lifestyle can bring enlightenment, peace, strength, and so many other things into our ​lives that we need in order to live life to it's full potential. I want to inspire other women to create a healthy lifestyle so they can ​reap all of it's blessings.​​
