Mariana is a Prague based yoga student and instructor. She started her career as an international model, but later found mindfulness through yoga. After receiving her 200hr yoga teacher training at Yoga Academy International, she strives to inspire others to build their confidence on and off the mat. She believes strongly in the healing powers of yoga and whole- foods and hopes to share this with others along their journey.
