Functional Pilates - Magic Circle full body blast

Learn how to enhance your focus, performance, and experience by adding The Magic Circle to your matwork. In this series we will use The Pilates Ring and learn how to use it to find a deeper mind and body connection. The Magic Circle gives a great feedback, assistance but also increases the challenge and the CORE connection. It is a fantastic prop to improve, challenge and keep your matwork interested and fresh. With Pilates inspired flowing movement we will work on tone & lean body, gain mobility, flexibility, stability and strength.
